01 Park Empowers Enterprises
Precision Services for Boosted Development. To fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and promote the innovation-driven development strategy, Shandong Qingzhou Digital Talent Industrial Park has launched a series of Enterprise Visit Activities. On April 6th, the Municipal Public Employment and Talent Service Center organized the park and its settled enterprises to conduct an in-depth investigation and visit to Qingzhou Dewei Power Co., Ltd. At the subsequent symposium, professionals from the center interpreted key policies for the enterprise, including talent subsidies and high-skilled talent training programs, and introduced risk prevention measures for enterprise employment in detail. Meanwhile, the park’s operation director presented a full range of empowerment services to promote enterprise development.
Both sides held a heated discussion on digital talent training, aiming to inject more talent vitality into Dewei Power through park support and resources, accelerate digital transformation of talents, and achieve more precise talent-post matching.
