Application Fields
This machine is mainly used to determine the impact resistance of metallic materials under dynamic load, so as to judge the properties of materials under dynamic load.
This is a microcomputer screen-display semi-automatic impact testing machine controlled by a PC computer. It features electric pendulum lifting and impacting, microcomputer measurement and calculation, digital display of results on the screen, and printing function, with high working efficiency and testing precision. After impact testing, the residual energy can be used to automatically lift the pendulum for the next test, featuring simple operation and high efficiency. Its advantages are more prominent in laboratories for continuous impact tests and industries such as metallurgy and mechanical manufacturing with a large number of impact tests.
The computer can calculate and digitally display the impact absorbed energy, impact toughness, pendulum lifting angle and test average value of materials, and print the current test data and average value. It is especially suitable for laboratories conducting continuous impact tests and metallurgical, mechanical manufacturing and other industries with mass impact tests.
The JBW-300B impact testing machine complies with the national standard GB/T 3808-2018 Verification of Pendulum Impact Testing Machines, performs impact tests on metallic materials in accordance with GB/T 229-2020 Metallic materials—Charpy pendulum impact test method, and also meets ASTM E23 standard.
Technical Features
The main body of the testing machine adopts a single supporting column structure, cantilever pendulum mounting mode, and C-type pendulum body;
The impact blade is fixed by screws, making replacement simple and convenient;
Specimen is supported in simply-supported beam mode;
The main machine is equipped with safety protection pins and a safety protection net;
The testing machine is semi-automatically controlled, with electric control for pendulum lifting, mounting, impacting and releasing. The residual energy after breaking the specimen can be used to automatically lift the pendulum for the next test, which is especially suitable for laboratories conducting continuous impact tests and metallurgical, mechanical manufacturing and other departments with mass impact tests.
