Performance Description
This broaching machine is driven by an oil pump and hydraulic cylinder. It can be equipped with V-type or U-type broaches as required by customers. The specimen notch is formed in a single machining pass, and two standard specimen notches can be broached simultaneously in one operation. The broaches are precisely manufactured from special materials via exclusive processes, featuring high hardness and excellent wear resistance with simple operation.
The machined V and U notches fully comply with relevant national standards. Thanks to the single-pass broaching forming principle, the machining consistency is outstanding, ensuring 100% qualification of all machined specimen notches.
