Application Fields
The CST-50 Impact Specimen Notch Projector is a specialized optical instrument designed and developed in accordance with the actual needs of domestic users and the requirements for impact specimen notches specified in GB/T 229-2020 Metallic materials—Charpy pendulum impact test method. It is exclusively used for inspecting the machining quality of Charpy V-notch and U-notch impact specimens.
The instrument utilizes the optical projection method to magnify and project the contour of the tested V or U notch onto the projection screen. The magnified image is then compared with the standard template diagrams of V and U notches printed on the screen to verify whether the machined notch is qualified. It features easy operation, intuitive comparison, and high inspection efficiency.
