HQG-6100D Automatic & Manual Integrated Metallographic Cutting Machine
The HQG-6100D automatic and manual integrated metallographic cutting machine consists of a main body, electric control box, cutting chamber, motor, cooling system, cutting abrasive wheel and other components. This machine can cut not only round workpieces with a diameter within 100mm, but also rectangular specimens with a height within 70mm and a width within 100mm.
The machine cools specimens through the cooling system to prevent overheating and burning of the microstructure during the cutting process. It supports 3 selectable cutting modes for different specimens, and allows setting of cutting speed and cutting stroke, which effectively improves the quality of cut specimens.
The machine supports both manual cutting and automatic cutting, and is equipped with safety protection and operation prompt functions for better human-machine interaction. The large-volume cutting chamber provides convenient operation. It is one of the essential sample preparation equipments for metallographic testing in universities, colleges, factories and enterprises.
