Product Overview
Hardness is one of the important indicators of a material's mechanical properties, and hardness testing is a key method for evaluating the quality of metal materials or product parts. Hardness refers to the material's ability to resist pressure from another object without causing permanent deformation. The greater the resistance, the higher the hardness; conversely, lower resistance means lower hardness.
Brinell hardness testing is mainly used for measuring the hardness of cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals, and soft alloys. Additionally, it can be used to measure the hardness of certain hard non-metal materials such as plastics and bakelite. It is suitable for factories, workshops, laboratories, colleges, and research institutions.
Product Advantages
1. Uses a fully automatic electronic closed-loop pressure sensor control system for easy automation of loading, holding, and unloading;
2. The body is made with precision casting, offering stable performance and a sleek appearance;
3. High-definition LCD screen with a clear interface that's easy to operate;
4. Accurate control system that can automatically convert hardness units across all scales;
5. Has software hardness correction function for directly adjusting hardness values within a certain range;
6. Automatically groups and saves test data, with each database group storing up to 10 entries, and more than 1000 data points can be saved in total;
7. Can set upper and lower hardness limits, with automatic alerts if values go beyond the set range;
8. Supports 12 languages, easily switchable.
